Associate Therapist:
- • Clinicians who are successful here are driven, mature, and work well independently, as well as in a team environment. They have strong values surrounding professional ethics, strong professional writing skills, and well-developed case conceptualization skills. We primarily use psychodynamic methods and are looking for clinicians who are passionate about this approach. We are also looking for clinicians who have experience providing long-term therapy.

- • Please apply if you are interested in learning about the application of contemporary psychoanalytic methods to clinical practice.
- This is a full-time position and requires a 30-hour a week commitment.
- • Applicants must possess a master's degree and be on a clinical licensure track. For pre-doc applicants, completion of the fourth-year internship is required.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- • Provide psychotherapy services to adult clients in-office or via telehealth;
- • Maintain a caseload of 30 clients;
- • Complete assessments, treatment planning, safety planning, and clinical documentation related to client care;
- • Diagnose and apply appropriate treatments for a wide range of psychological concerns;
- • Maintain compliance with ethical codes and standards, including but not limited to mandated reporting requirements and HIPAA obligations;
- • Attend weekly individual and group supervision, and didactic trainings; and
- • Participate in training and administrative tasks related to client services as needed and appropriate based on the functions and responsibilities listed above.
